Refinance and Acquisition Completion

Marlowe plc ("Marlowe" or the "Group"), the UK leader in business-critical services and software which assure safety and regulatory compliance, announces that it has increased its finance facility with HSBC Bank PLC and National Westminster Bank PLC. Total facilities have been increased from £90m to £130m and will provide further resources to support the Group's M&A strategy.

In addition, and further to the Company's announcement of 4 October 2021, the Group confirms that the Acquisition of Hydro-X Group Ltd has now completed.
