Macau Property Opportunities Fund Limited

Results of Extraordinary General Meeting

The Board of the Company confirms that all resolutions proposed at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held today, 28 June 2010, were duly passed.

An application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and to the London Stock Exchange for the Company's Ordinary Shares to be admitted to the Official List and to begin trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange with effect from 8.00 a.m on 30 June 2010. The listing of the Company's Ordinary Shares on AIM will be cancelled at the same time.
