Changes to Net Asset Value Reporting Practice

Macau Property Opportunities Fund Limited wishes to notify shareholders that, following an assessment of market practice, it has made the following changes to its reporting policy.

· In respect of the half-year period ended 31 December and full-year period ended 30 June, the Company's current practice is to combine the release of its Net Asset Value figures with its interim and annual results.

· Henceforth, the Company will release estimated Net Asset Value figures for 31 December and 30 June as soon as practicable after each period end and ahead of the release of its interim and annual results.

· These changes bring the reporting timeframe into line with those for the 30 September and 31 March Net Asset Values.

The Board believes that these changes will improve consistency in the Company's reporting process, thereby enhancing transparency for shareholders.

Based on this new policy, the Company wishes to notify shareholders that its estimated Net Asset Value figures as at 30 June 2015 is expected to be released on 12 August 2015.
