mporium Group PLC (AIM: MPM), the mobile commerce specialist, was notified on 3 May 2017, that on that date Nigel Walder, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, as detailed below, transferred 509,090ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from his private dealing account into his ISA by selling 511,127 Ordinary Shares from his private dealing account and purchasing 509,090 Ordinary Shares into his ISA, both at a price of 13.75 pence per Ordinary Share. The difference in Ordinary Shares was to cover the transaction fee.
