Re: Share Swap with Cxense ASA ("Cxense")

Further to the Company's announcement of 2 June 2015 in relation to the proposed Share Swap with Cxense, the Company is pleased to announce that Cxense has today received authority from its shareholders to issue and allot 51,177 new Cxense shares to the Company. 

The Company's obligation to issue shares to Cxense under the Share Swap is now complete, subject only to the admission of 25,000,000 new Ordinary Shares in the Company (the "New Ordinary Shares") to trading on AIM. 

Application has been made for the admission of the New Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM ("Admission"). Dealings in the New Ordinary Shares are expected to commence on or around 23 June 2015.

The New Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares of the Company. Following Admission, the total issued share capital of the Company will be 425,719,603 Ordinary Shares of 0.5p each. The Company holds no Ordinary Shares in treasury.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

Terms and expressions used in this announcement shall, unless defined herein or the context otherwise requires, have the same meanings as given to them in the circular to shareholders dated 15 May 2015 (the "Circular").
