GRANT OF SHARE OPTIONS TO DIRECTORS
Minster Pharmaceuticals plc (AIM: MPM) announces that, on 24 June 2008, the following grants of options over the Company's Ordinary shares of 5p each were made to Directors:

The share options granted on 24 June 2008 are exercisable in full at a price of 35p per ordinary share during the period commencing on the second anniversary of the date of grant and terminating on the fifth anniversary of the date of grant. No consideration is payable in respect of these grants.
