Minster Pharmaceuticals PLC18 May 2007 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE 18 May 2007 MINSTER PHARMACEUTICALS PLC (the "Company") CONVERSION OF LOAN NOTE The Board of Minster Pharmaceuticals PLC announces that, following receipt of anotice of intention to convert from a holder of £10,000 Unsecured Zero CouponConvertible Loan Notes 2011 ("Loan Notes"), it resolved on 16 May 2007 to allot57,971 ordinary shares of 5p each at 17.25p per share in accordance with theterms of the loan stock instrument executed by the Company on 6 April 2004 (asamended by a Deed of Variation dated 2 March 2007 entered into by the Companyand the existing loan noteholders as at the same date). Application has been made for 57,971 ordinary shares of 5p to be admitted totrading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange plc. Admission isexpected to take place on 23 May 2007.
