MARBLE POINT LOAN FINANCING LIMITED

CLO RESET CLOSING ANNOUNCEMENT

Marble Point Loan Financing Limited ("MPLF") has closed a CLO Reset transaction for MP CLO VIII Ltd. ("MP CLO VIII"),

Jefferies LLC acted as Initial Purchaser.

In connection with the CLO reset, the MP CLO VIII Indenture was fully amended and restated, including all Collateral Quality Tests. The original reinvestment period had ended in October 2019. MP CLO VIII is now expected to have, approximately, a five year reinvestment period, two year non-call period and 13 year maturity. Its expected weighted average cost of debt is LIBOR + 189 basis points(1)

Marble Point Loan Financing Limited (the "Company") is a Guernsey-domiciled closed-ended investment company with its ordinary shares ("Shares") admitted to trading on the Specialist Fund Segment of the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange (ticker: MPLF.LN).
