AGM Statement

Mi-Pay (AIM:MPAY), the leading provider of mobile payment solutions to Tier 1 Mobile Network Operators and Mobile Virtual Network Operators, will today host its AGM at 11am at 30 Crown Place, London, EC2A 4ES. Chairman, Seamus Keating will provide shareholders with the following announcement and trading update:
