The Company has today been informed that Grahame Rummery has today acquired 12,500 ordinary shares of 10p each (representing approximately 0.12 per cent of the Autoclenz issued share capital) at a price of 15p per share. His holding now stands at 34,160 shares (representing approximately 0.33 per cent of the Company's issued share capital).
