Resignation of Group Finance Director
Mpac Group plc announces that Jim Haughey has today tendered his resignation as Group Finance Director for personal reasons.
The board of Mpac Group plc will commence a process immediately to identify his replacement and Jim has confirmed that he will remain with the Group for the duration of his 6 month notice period in order to ensure an orderly handover with his successor.
The Group will make a further announcement in due course.
Tony Steels, Chief Executive, commented:
"Whilst it is disappointing to lose a member of the senior management team, we respect Jim's decision and wish him well for the future. We will commence a search process immediately and update shareholders in due course."
