Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR")and persons closely associated with them
Motorpoint, the UK's largest independent vehicle retailer, hereby notifies the market that on 29 June 2018, the Company received notification from David Shelton, a non-executive director of Motorpoint, that via Shoby Investments Partnership he had sold 10,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company on the London Stock Exchange at a price of 225 pence per share. This sale results in Mr. Shelton being interested in a total of 13,396,726 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 13.6% of the ordinary shares currently in issue.
The Notification of Dealing Form provided in accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 in relation to the transaction listed above is set out below:
