Motorpoint Group Plc (the "Company")
Notification of transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Management Responsibilities ("PDMRs")
On 23 June 2016 awards over ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company were made to the following PDMRs as listed below:

The awards were structured as nil cost options and granted under and subject to the terms of the Motorpoint Group Plc Performance Share Plan.
No consideration was paid for the grant of the awards and no consideration is due on the maturity or exercise of the awards.
The awards will ordinarily vest and become exercisable as from the third anniversary of the grant of the awards subject to the grantee's continued service and the extent to which the performance condition is achieved. Once exercisable, an award shall ordinarily remain exercisable until the eve of the tenth anniversary of the grant date of the awards.
The performance condition applying to each award is based on the earnings per share of the Company over a three year measurement period starting with the 2016/17 financial year.
The Company was informed of the above transactions on 23 June 2016.
The transactions took place in the United Kingdom.
This notification is made in accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4(1)(a).
