Appointment of Non-Executive Director
Motorpoint Group PLC, the UK's largest independent vehicle retailer, is pleased to announce the appointment of Keith Mansfield as an Independent Non-Executive Director, with effect from 20 May 2020. Keith becomes chair of the Audit Committee and has also been appointed as a member of both the Nomination and Remuneration Committees.
A Chartered Accountant by background, Keith brings extensive accountancy experience, having worked at PwC for over 30 years, during which time he served as Chairman of PwC in London responsible for assurance, tax and advisory services. As a Partner for 22 years, he led many public and private companies across a range of industry sectors. Keith is a Non-Executive Director of Tritax Eurobox plc, where he also serves as chair of the Audit Committee. He is Chairman of the boards of Albermarle Fairoaks Airport Limited and Real Time Sports Bingo Limited.
The Group also announces that, having served as an Independent Non-Executive Director since May 2016, Gordon Hurst has decided to retire from the Board to pursue his other business interests. Keith will take over his role as chair of the Audit Committee.
