Retirement of Chairman
Moss Bros Group Plc ("the Company") announces that Keith Hamill has retired as Chairman and as a Director of the Company with effect from today (20 June 2008). He had previously deferred his planned retirement, which was announced in November 2007, from early April due to a possible offer for the Company. An announcement about the appointment of a new Chairman will be made in due course.
