MOSS BROS GROUP PLC (the "Company" or "Moss Bros") 

Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified of the following transactions by Brian Brick, Chief Executive of the Company and his connected persons on Friday 31 March 2017.

Brian Brick sold a total of 20,284 Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Shares") and repurchased them into his personal ISA. The transaction for Brian Brick involved a sale at £1.0225 per share and a repurchase at £1.025 per share.

Brian Brick then also gifted 20,284 shares to his wife, Simone Brick.

Simone Brick, wife of Brian Brick and as such a connected person, then sold 20,284 Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Shares") and repurchased them into her personal ISA. The transaction for Simone Brick involved a sale and purchase at £1.0187.

As a result of these transfers, the total beneficial holding of Brian Brick and his connected

persons in the Company has not changed, maintaining an interest of 1,787,534 Shares which

represents 1.8% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
