Director Change
Mobile Streams PLC (AIM: MOS), has been informed that Tim Maunder who is a non-executive director and Chairman of the Audit Committee will not be standing for re-election at the Company's AGM in December.
Peter Tomlinson, a current non-executive, will be replacing Mr Maunder as Chairman of Audit.
A process is underway to appoint a new non-executive to replace Mr Maunder. It is intended this new appointee will have experience of business in India.
Mr Maunder was appointed in January 2011.
Tim Maunder comments: "I have very much enjoyed my time with Mobile Streams. The Company has some exciting prospects in the fast growing India market. I wish the team well."
