The Company announces that Susan Hooper has transferred a holding of 14,286 Ordinary Shares of 10.0 pence each in the Company between nominee accounts for nil consideration. Following the transfer, the aggregate shareholding of Susan Hooper remains unchanged.
The Company has deemed the transaction as permissible under Article 19 (12) (b) of the Market Abuse Regulation (MAR) which states that an issuer may allow a PDMR to deal during a closed period for '…transactions where the beneficial interest in the relevant security does not change'.
