C Share Conversion Timetable

Further to the announcement on 27 July 2023 that the Managers expect the C Share proceeds raised in 2021 to be more than 85% deployed following completion of an investment, the Board is pleased to announce that the C Share proceeds are now 86.6% deployed. Accordingly, set out below is the timetable for Conversion of the C Shares into New Ordinary Shares in accordance with the terms set out in the Company's prospectus dated 23 March 2021 (the "Prospectus").
