Requisitioned General Meeting - correction of information in the Circular
The Company is to hold a Requisitioned General Meeting ("GM") on Wednesday, 11 January 2023 at 12.00 midday at the offices of Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe (UK) LLP, 107 Cheapside, London EC2V 6DN.
Errors relating to the date of the GM and information relating to the submission of Proxy Forms have been noted in the Circular and are now being corrected.
On page 2 of the Circular, under "Key Times and Dates", the time and date for the General Meeting should read:
"GENERAL MEETING 12.00 midday on Wednesday, 11 January 2023"
On page 11 of the Circular, under the section "Action to be taken", information relating to the submission of Proxy Forms is incorrect. The last two sentences of the first paragraph have been revised and should read:
"To be valid, the Form of Proxy provided or other instrument appointing a proxy must be received by email at info@metalnrg.com or by post at the offices of City Group PLC, the Company's Company Secretary. For proxy appointments to be valid, they must be received no later than 12.00 midday on Monday, 9 January 2023."
The Circular has been revised and will be made available on the Company's website at www.metalnrg.com
