Resignation of Director
Maestrano Group PLC (AIM: MNO), the Artificial Intelligence platform for transport corridor analytics, wishes to advise that, at the Annual General Meeting held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed.
The Company also announces that Stephane Ibos, Non-Executive Director, has decided to stand down from the Board with immediate effect. The Maestrano Directors would like to express their gratitude to Mr Ibos, who was a founder of the Company, for his significant contribution, and wishes him every success in the future.
