Amendment to Schedule Two paragraph (g) information of CFO Announcement
Maestrano Group PLC (AIM: MNO), the Artificial Intelligence platform for transport corridor analytics, announced on 13 March 2020 the appointment of Mr Robert Lojszczyk as Chief Financial Officer and as an executive director.
It has come to the Company's attention that the announcement did not include Krakt Pty Ltd, a small family company of which Mr Lojszczyk was a director at the time of his appointment. The correct information is set out below and remains current.
