Maestrano Group PLC (AIM: MNO), the open cloud business integration platform with cross-app data synchronization announces that it was notified on 18 March 2019 that M4soft Pty Ltd, a company associated with Ian Buddery, Chairman, bought 500,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company on 18 March 2019 at a price of 2.9p per Ordinary Share.
Following this acquisition, Ian Buddery and parties associated with him hold 2,200,101 Ordinary Shares representing 2.75 per cent. of the Company's total voting rights.
The notification below, made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, provides further details.
