Publication of Supplementary Prospectus

The following supplementary prospectus has been approved by the Financial Conduct Authority and is available for viewing:

Supplementary prospectus dated 1 April 2021 (the "Supplementary Prospectus") to the prospectus dated 18 December 2020 (the "Prospectus") relating to the M&G plc £10,000,000,000 Medium Term Note Programme.

The Supplementary Prospectus should be read and construed in conjunction with the Prospectus.
