Notification of transaction by Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMR)
M&G plc announces that on 11 October 2024, an option was granted to Matthew Howells under the M&G plc November 2024 Sharesave Plan with an exercise price of £1.67.
The option has an associated three-year savings contract starting on 1 November 2024 and will be exercisable from 1 November 2027 until 30 April 2028.
The notification below, made in accordance with the requirements of the Market Abuse Regulation, provides further detail.
