Notification of transaction by Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR')
M&G plc announces that on the 31 October 2022 Vanessa Murden, Chief Operating Officer, exercised her option of shares in accordance with the replacement award granted under the M&G Performance Share Plan on 16 June 2022. This award originally vested on 23 June 2022 and became available on 6 September 2022.
Shares were sold to cover Ms Murden's tax liabilities and sale costs and she retained the balance of shares.
The notification below, which has been made in accordance with the requirements of the Market Abuse Regulation, provides further detail.
