Metminco Regulatory News (MNC)

Metminco Limited ("Metminco" or the "Company") (ASX: MNC; AIM: MNC) has today received the following notifications from:

· Lanstead Capital LP ("Lanstead"), a Substantial Shareholder: sold 9,031,266 ordinary shares in the Company ("Shares") in an off-market trade on 2 February 2018 at a price of A$0.0420 per Share, reducing its shareholding in the Company from 19,316,456 Shares representing 15.19% of the Company's issued share capital to 10,285,190 Shares representing 8.09% of the Company's issued share capital. Lanstead is now individually considered to be a Significant Shareholder of the Company.

· Lanstead III LLC ("Lanstead III") acquired an initial shareholding in Metminco of 9,031,266 Shares in an off-market trade on 2 February 2018 at a price of A$0.0420 per Share for an initial interest in the Company of 7.10% of the Company's issued share capital. Lanstead is now individually considered to be a Significant Shareholder of the Company.

The Company has enquired with Lanstead and Lanstead III as to whether they are considered to be associated parties in order to determine if together they are to be considered a Substantial Shareholder. An update will be provided as appropriate.
