Metminco Limited ("Company") - ASX Price Query

I refer to your query dated 05 July 2013 and provide the following responses to the ASX Price Query questions.

1. Is the Company aware of any information concerning it that has not been announced to the market which, if known by some in the market, could explain the recent trading in its securities?

No. The Company is not aware of any information that would be required under ASX Listing Rules that is not in the public domain.

In our ASX Release of 26 June 2013, it was announced that "The Board of Directors remains firmly focused on advancing Los Calatos, recognising the need for a financially strong strategic partner in the current market environment. To this end, our strategic process is ongoing as we remain in discussions with suitable partners. We will keep the market informed of further developments."

Since the abovementioned Release, there have been no further developments.

2. If the answer to question 1 is "no", is there any other explanation that the Company may have for the recent trading in its securities?

No. The Company is not aware of any reason for the increase in volume and price.

3. Please confirm that the Company is in compliance with the Listing Rules and, in particular, Listing Rule 3.1.

The Company is in compliance with the ASX Listing Rules, in particular ASX Listing Rule 3.1.
