Minds + Machines Group Limited (AIM: MMX), the top-level domain registry company, is pleased to announce that at its General Meeting ("GM") held earlier today, all resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed.
The Company will announce Final Results for the year ended 31 December 2020 on 18 May 2021.
