The CompanyΒ announces that theΒ firstΒ considerationΒ sharesΒ in relation to the acquisitionΒ of Minds+Machines announced on 7 August 2009,Β comprisingΒ 7,545,000Β newΒ TLDHΒ ordinary shares,Β have been admitted to trading on AIM.Β The Company has also today submitted an application for trading on AIM on 26 August 2009 of a further 368,242 TLDH Ordinary Shares which have been allotted to the vendor ofΒ web design blog, TutorialBlog.org, the acquisition of which was previously announced on 13 March 2008.Β Following admission of these further shares theΒ enlarged issued share capital of the CompanyΒ will beΒ 280,508,846Β TLDH ordinary shares.
