Directors' dealing
Minds + Machines Group Limited (AIM:MMX), the publicly quoted owner and operator of Internet top-level domains, announces it was informed on 7 February 2016 that on 5 February 2016, Guy Elliott, non-executive Chairman of the Company, acquired 230,000 ordinary shares at a price of 8.41p per ordinary share. As a result, Guy Elliott is now interested in 21,880,000 ordinary shares representing 2.89 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital. In addition, on 8 February 2016, the Company was informed that on 5 February 2016, Michael Salazar, COO and CFO of the Company, acquired 50 ordinary shares at a price of 8.50p per ordinary share. Michael Salazar is now interested in 1,630,050 ordinary shares representing 0.22 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
