Director's dealing
Minds + Machines Group Limited (AIM:MMX), the publicly quoted owner and operator of Internet top-level domains, was notified on 30 October 2015 of dealing by Mr David de Jongh Weill, a director of the Company.
As announced on Mr Weill's appointment on 17 July 2015, Bellone Investment Services Inc., a company owned by the de Jongh Weill Family Settlement (the "Trust"), owns a CFD over 3,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company. Mr Weill has been informed by the broker who is counterpart to that transaction that the Trust would be required to either close the CFD position, move it to another counterpart or fully fund the position prior to the end of October 2015.
As a result, on 29 October 2015, Bellone Investment Services Inc. sold 1,500,000 ordinary shares of the Company. All proceeds received from the sale have been used to fully fund the CFD position.
Therefore, Mr Weill's interest in the Company's ordinary shares has changed as follows:

As a result this transaction, Mr Weill's beneficial interest in the Company is 8,909,805 ordinary shares.
