Minds + Machines Group Limited (AIM:MMX), the publicly quoted owner and operator of Internet top-level domains, announces that it was informed on 19 March 2015 that Caspar von Veltheim, a director of the Company, acquired 62,000 ordinary shares at a price of 7.7p per ordinary share on 19 March 2015. As a result, Caspar von Veltheim is now interested in 916,613 ordinary shares representing 0.11 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
