Marshall Motor Holdings Plc announces that Kathy Jenkins, Non-Executive Director, is stepping down from the Board with immediate effect.
Kathy is a nominated director of Marshall of Cambridge (Holdings) Limited ('MCHL') and her decision to step down from the Board is as a result of forthcoming changes to her role and responsibilities at MCHL.
