Management Consulting Group PLC25 March 2008 Management Consulting Group PLC (the "Company") Further to the announcement by the Company on 6 March 2008 the Company announcesthat Mr Luiz Carvalho, Mr Miguel de Fontenay and Mr Mark Wietecha were appointedto the Board as Executive Directors on 19 March 2008. The Company now announcesthat: a) Mr Carvalho is beneficially interested in 207,983 ordinary shares of 25 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") representing 0.06 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company. b) Mr de Fontenay is beneficially interested in 5,197,369 Ordinary Shares representing 1.58 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company. c) Mr Wietecha is beneficially interested in 2,256,714 Ordinary Shares representing 0.69 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company. There are no further disclosures to be made in respect of the above directors inrelation to Rule 9.6.13 of the listing rules.
