Management Consulting Group PLC30 April 2008 Management Consulting Group PLC (the "Company") Block listing Application 30 April 2008 The Company will make application to the UK Listing Authority for the blocklisting of, and to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of, 5,000,000ordinary shares of 25 pence each ('Ordinary Shares') to the Official List. These shares will rank parri passu with the existing Ordinary Shares. Of these 5,000,000 Ordinary Shares, 1,600,000 are being admitted to trading inorder to satisfy share options related to the Management Consulting Group PLC1998 Executive Share Option Scheme and 3,400,000 are being admitted to tradingin order to satisfy share options granted under the Kurt Salmon Associates, Inc.2002 KSA Stock Option and Incentive Plan, which were assumed by ManagementConsulting Group PLC pursuant to the acquisition by merger of Kurt SalmonAssociates, Inc. by Management Consulting Group PLC.
