Management Consulting Group PLC26 April 2005 Management Consulting Group PLC ("the Company") Additional Listing Application has been made to the Financial Services Authority and the LondonStock Exchange plc for a total of 469,054 ordinary shares of 25p each in theCompany ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to the Official List and to tradingon the London Stock Exchange's main market ("Admission"). It is expected thatAdmission will occur on 29 April 2005. 333,049 of these Ordinary Shares are being issued in connection with the vestingof an award, under the terms of the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan, of suchnumber of ordinary shares in the Company to Mr Kevin Parry, the Chief Executiveof the Company as announced by the Company on 24 March 2005. Mr Parry isbeneficially interested in 1,052,788 Ordinary Shares representing 0.56 per cent.of the issued share capital of the Company. The remaining 136,005 Ordinary Shares are being issued pursuant to the exerciseof options under the Company's Alexander Proudfoot Executive Stock Option Planand Proudfoot PLC Executive Share Option Scheme.
