The following amendment has been made to the 'Directorate Change' announcement released on 14 September 2018 at 10:15 a.m. under RNS No 8250A.

The original announcement omitted a current directorship for Mr Chaudhary being Zinc Holdings Inc. and additionally, Cg Ayurveda Nepal Pvt Ltd was incorrectly spelt.

All other details remain unchanged.

Malvern International plc (AIM: MLVN), the provider of educational services in the UK, Europe and Asia, announces that further to the announcement on 13 September 2018 of the appointment of Nirvana Chaudhary as a Non-executive Director, additional details in relation to the appointment of Mr Nirvana Kumar Chaudhary, aged 36, disclosed in accordance with Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules are set out below.

Mr Chaudhary personally holds no ordinary shares in the Company. CG Corp, of which Mr Chaudhary is a shareholder and director, holds 40,091,122 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 16.79 per cent. of the Company's current issued share capital.

There are no other disclosures in accordance with Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules.
