Malvern International plc (AIM: MLVN), the provider of educational services in the UK, Europe and Asia, announces that Mr Wee Hock Kee, a Non-Executive Director, has resigned with immediate effect. The Company would like to record its thanks for his service since his appointment in October 2016.
