Disclosure of interests in shares

Millennium & Copthorne Hotels plc ("the Company") received notification on 27 November 2014 that City Developments Limited ("CDL") had acquired 3,870,000 ordinary shares in the Company (the "Shares"). The Shares were purchased yesterday and are held through Reach Across International Limited, a subsidiary of CDL.

Following the acquisition of the Shares, CDL indirectly holds 198,656,624 ordinary shares in the Company, being approximately 61.187% of the issued share capital of the Company.
