Millennium & Copthorne Hotels plc ("the Company") received notification on 12 February 2014 that with effect from 10 February 2014, Schroders plc has a material indirect interest in 16,165,566 ordinary shares of 30p each in the Company, being approximately 4.980% of the issued share capital.
