Block Listing Cancellation

Millennium & Copthorne Hotels plc currently has 9,288 Ordinary shares of 30p each block listed under the Millennium & Copthorne Hotels plc Executive Scheme 2003. All options under this scheme have now been exercised and this share option scheme has now closed. As a result, the block listing associated with this scheme has been cancelled. No allotments have been made under this scheme since the last block listing return was released on 14 April 2015.
