REPLACEMENT ANNOUNCEMENT TO RNS NUMBER 5025W RELEASED ON 7 NOVEMBER 2014 AT 15:32.
The announcement released on 7 November 2014 at 15:32 under the RNS number 5025W contained a typographical error relating to the resultant total shareholding following the transaction for both individuals. The announcement below is a replacement of the earlier disclosure.
