30 July 2014 mirada plc ("mirada" or "the Company") Result of General Meeting and Notice of Results Result of General Meeting mirada plc, the AIM-quoted audio-visual interaction specialist (AIM: MIRA),announces that all resolutions proposed to shareholders at the Company's GeneralMeeting, held earlier today, were duly passed. Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the Placing Sharesto be admitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that admission will beeffective and trading will commenceat 08.00am on 05 August 2014 ("Admission"). Following Admission the Company will have 114,057,695 ordinary shares of 1penny each in issue. The total number of voting rights for the purposes ofcalculating disclosable interests in the Company's ordinary share capital isalso 114,057,695. The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator forthe calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notifytheir interest in, or a change to their interest in, mirada, under theDisclosure and Transparency Rules. Notice of Results Mirada will announce its preliminary results for the year ended 31 March 2014on Tuesday 12 August 2014.
