Neil MacDonald was a shadow director of Sportal UK Ltd, which went intoadministration in August 2002 and was subsequently liquidated. Mr MacDonald and Mr Robbins were born on 4th September 1954 and 19th March 1949,respectively. Save for the fact that Neil MacDonald, was a shadow director of Sportal UK Ltd,which went into administration in August 2002 and was subsequently liquidated,both Mr MacDonald and Mr Robbins have independently declared the following: (i) they do not have any unspent convictions in relation toindictable offences; (ii) they have not been declared bankrupt or entered into anyindividual voluntary arrangements with their creditors; (iii) they have not been a director of any company which has beenplaced in receivership, liquidation, administration, been subject to a voluntaryarrangement or any composition or arrangement with its creditors generally orany class of its creditors whilst they were a director of that company or withinthe twelve months after they ceased to be a director of that company; (iv) they have not been a partner of any partnership at the timeof or within 12 months preceding any compulsory liquidation , administration orpartnership voluntary arrangements of such partnership; (v) they have not been a partner of any partnership at the timeof or within 12 months preceding a receivership of any assets of suchpartnership (vi) they have not had any of their assets subject to anyreceivership; and (vii) they have not been the subject of any public criticism bystatutory or regulatory authorities or has ever been disqualified by a courtfrom acting as a director of a company or from acting in the management orconduct of the affairs of any company.
