Offer for Subscription of Ordinary Shares

As announced on 11 February 2013, the Company has received applications in excess of Β£1.0 million pursuant to its Offer for Subscription which opened on 23 January 2013 and is, therefore, now closed.

Subsequent to an initial allotment of shares on 4 March 2013, the Company has issued and allotted a further 1,851,721 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each pursuant to the Offer on 5 April 2013 and, as a result, the number of Ordinary Shares in issue is now 60,428,241. The Offer Price at which the shares were issued and allotted was 35.39p per Ordinary Share.

The shares to be issued in respect of the 2013/2014 tax year will be allotted by no later than 30 April 2013.
