Offers for Subscription - MIG 4 Offer Fully Subscribed

Mobeus Income & Growth VCT plc ("MIG"), Mobeus Income & Growth 2 VCT plc ("MIG 2"), Mobeus Income & Growth 4 VCT plc ("MIG 4") and The Income & Growth VCT plc ("I&G") (together "the Companies" and each a "Company").

Further to the launch of offers for subscription to raise, in aggregate, up to £39 million by the Companies ("the Offers" and each an "Offer"), the Companies' Boards are pleased to announce that applications have now been received for the full amount of £6 million available under the MIG 4 Offer and, as such, the MIG 4 Offer is now closed for further applications. Prospective investors can still apply to invest amounts of their choice in one or more of the remaining Offers or to invest an equal amount in each of the Companies (save for MIG 4). The amount subscribed under each remaining Offer will be invested in new ordinary shares of 1p each in the relevant Company.

At the date of this announcement, MIG, MIG 2 and I&G have received applications for £7.5 million, £6.1 million and £7.8 million respectively, in relation to their Offers.

Full details of the Offers are contained in a prospectus ("the Prospectus"), which was published by the Companies on 10 December 2014.

The remaining Offers will close at 12.00 noon on 2 April 2015 (unless fully subscribed by an earlier date or closed at the Directors' discretion).
