Offers for Subscription - I&G and MIG 2 Offers Fully Subscribed

Mobeus Income & Growth VCT plc ("MIG"), Mobeus Income & Growth 2 VCT plc ("MIG 2"), Mobeus Income & Growth 4 VCT plc ("MIG 4") and The Income & Growth VCT plc ("I&G") (together "the Companies" and each a "Company").

Further to the launch of offers for subscription to raise, in aggregate, up to £39 million by the Companies ("the Offers" and each an "Offer"), the Companies' Boards are pleased to announce that applications have now been received firstly, for the full amount of £10 million available under the I&G Offer and secondly, for the full amount of £8 million available under the MIG 2 Offer. As such, the I&G Offer and the MIG 2 Offer are now closed for further applications. The MIG 4 Board had already announced on 18 February 2015 that the MIG 4 Offer had closed.

Prospective investors can still apply to invest amounts in the remaining MIG Offer. The amount subscribed under the remaining MIG Offer will be invested solely in new ordinary shares of 1p each in MIG.

At the date of this announcement, MIG has received applications for £11.2 million in relation to its Offer to raise £15 million.

Full details of the Offers are contained in a prospectus ("the Prospectus"), which was published by the Companies on 10 December 2014.

The remaining MIG Offer will close at 12.00 noon on 2 April 2015 (unless fully subscribed by an earlier date or closed at the Directors' discretion).
