Total Voting Rights

In accordance with the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company confirms that its issued share capital at the close of business on 28 February 2011 comprised 29,416,642 Ordinary Shares of 10p, each share carrying one voting right.

The figure above may be used by Shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, to notify an interest or a change to an interest in the Company.
