Offer for Subscription of Ordinary Shares
As announced on 11 February 2013, the Company has received applications in excess of £1.5 million pursuant to its Offer for Subscription which opened on 23 January 2013 and is, therefore, now closed.
On 4 March 2013, the Company issued and allotted 326,269 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence pursuant to the Offer and, as a result, the number of Ordinary Shares in issue is now 31,455,161. The Offer Price at which the shares were issued and allotted was 84.19p per Ordinary Share.
The number of shares that could be allotted was restricted as a result of the operation of the Prospectus Rules and the remainder of the shares available under the Offer will be allotted on 5 April 2013 for the 2012/2013 tax year and by no later than 30 April 2013 for the 2013/2014 tax year.
